Rebates are calculated based on the number of appraisals submitted
during any one calendar month and completed no later than 5 days following the end
of the rebate period. Appraisals that are submitted in one calendar month
and not completed prior to the deadline will be added to the following months appraisal
total. |

All appraisals submitted must be completed within 5 days of
the end of the rebate period to be considered. Rebate periods are as follows. Jan 1st – March 31st,
April 1st- June 30th, July 1st- September 30th
and October 1st- December 31st. |

Rebates are paid on the 15th of the month following
the end of the rebate period. (ie. April 15th, July 15th,
October 15th and January 15th.)
Rebates are calculated based on paid appraisals that fall within the rebate
period. |

Previously discounted appraisals are not eligible for rebates. |
